The AOS in Journeyworker: Construction Management is designed to provide students who have completed a rigorous accredited building trades program to obtain additional business coursework for promotion into a management position or create their own small business. Students will gain advanced standing from their building trades or advanced manufacturing journeyworker status and complete business, law, human resource management and general education coursework. This degree is only open to students who have achieved journeyworker status or are actively enrolled in an apprenticeship program.

A student must either be actively enrolled in an accredited building trades or advanced manufacturing Journeyworker program or have successfully completed a program to be eligible to declare this major.

  2. CIS 111 and TEC 101 (or their equivalent) will not meet degree requirements.
