EGR 208 Dynamics

Includes kinematics of a particle, vector calculus, motion curves, Newton's laws of motion and D'Alembert's principle, kinetics of particles, kinematics and kinetics of rigid bodies, work-energy methods, impulse and momentum, special dynamics, simple harmonic motion, and vibration, as time allows. Prerequisite: EGR 207 with a grade of "C" or better. Corequisite: MAT 231.
