CUL 131 Casual Dining Room Service

A course designed to teach the various techniques of dining room service by actual role playing of the positions in the dining room during our lunch and dinner services. Emphasis will be on the front of the house training for students in various restaurant service positions. Students are required to wear dark slacks and provided Seasoned logo shirt during service. This course must be taken within the first two semesters, but not in the same semester while enrolled in CUL 133 for students pursuing the Culinary Arts AAS, Culinary and Baking Arts AOS or the Culinary Certificate programs.
