CUL 133 Fine Dining Room Service
A course designed to teach the management techniques of dining room restaurant service by actual role playing of the positions in the dining room. Emphasis will be on the front of the house management training for students in various dining room restaurant services. Students will learn the management skills necessary to operate a professional dining room. Students are required to wear dark slacks and provided Seasoned logo shirt during service. This course must be taken within the first two semesters, but not in the same semester while enrolled in CUL 131 for students pursuing the Culinary Arts AAS, Culinary and Baking Arts AOS or the Culinary Certificate programs.
