HRD 103 Career Exploration Internship
A 40 hour career exploration internship in an environment related to the student's career interest. This internship can occur in a variety of business settings and should provide exposure to a particular career. Instructional assignments will be focused toward a successful work based learning experience. Each student will be required to maintain work journals and submit a final written report. An evaluation of the field performance will be made by a supervising practitioner. Students who earn a C or above may repeat once for free elective.
