ART 178 Media Arts Internship
A field experience with an approved agency or individual relative to the student's coursework. The work site is usually solicited by the student and number of credits are determined based on the terms of the internship. For Media Arts students only. AAS students may register upon successful completion of 24 credit hours with a 3.0 GPA in the core curriculum. Certificate students may register upon successful completion of 12 credit hours with a 3.0 GPA in the core curriculum. Core curriculum does not include General Education coursework. Offered for 1,2 or 3 credits. Field work totaling 40 hours equals 1 credit hour, 80 hours equals 2 credit hours, and 120 hours equals 3 credit hours.
