COM 178 Media Production Internship
A field experience with an approved agency or individual relative to the student's coursework. The work site is usually solicited by the student and number of credits are determined based on the terms of the internship. For Broadcast Media Production students only. AAS students may register upon successful completion of 24 credit hours of core curriculum (COM 175, COM 181, COM 183, COM 185, COM 186, COM 201, COM 215, COM 291, ART 104, ART 222) and 3.0 overall GPA. Offered for 1, 2 or 3 credits. Field work totaling 40 hours equals 1 credit hour, 80 hours equals 2 credit hours, and 120 hours equals 3 credit hours.
