MUS 190 Digital Sound Recording I

This course is a lecture plus hands-on course in understanding medium of recorded sound through three key perspectives: designing a recording studio (including the selection and use of equipment), following the signal path from recording through the mixing and mastering phase, and producing a physical sound for the target listener. This course is open to both music and non-music majors.
