PSY 281 Clinical Skills Development II
A continuation of PSY 280 for Criminal Justice: Substance Abuse Degree majors. Students will enhance their skill development with emphasis on application, assessment, and diagnosing in a clinical setting. Focus will be on the application of appropriate interviewing, treatment planning, referral, case management diagnosing and service provision, as well as, individual and group counseling. Students may be selected to participate in an 90-hour community-based practicum at the discretion of the instructor.
