CUL 134 Garde Manger

Garde manger introduces the preparation of cold foods including cold meats, salads, sandwiches, hors d'oevres, pates, desserts and garnishes. Students will explore proper preparation and presentation technqiues needed to be successful as a garde manger employee through lecture and lab demonstration. Pre/Corequisite: CUL 127.
