MAT 130 Applied Calculus
An introduction to differential calculus of algebraic, logarithmic, and exponential functions designed for students in business and the social sciences. Topics include limits, continuity, differentiation, integration, partial derivatives and applications designed specifically for social science and business students. Trigonometric functions are excluded and emphasis is given to applications, as opposed to theory and development of the content. Cannot be used towards major requirements for the Liberal Arts Math Science AS degree. Not open to students with credit in MAT 131 with a grade of "C" or higher.
