SUNY Adirondack has always been proud of its strong transfer programs in Mathematics and Science. University-parallel programs are available in Biology, Chemistry, Geology, (Earth Science), Mathematics, and Physics, as well as the preparatory courses required for students interested in pursuing careers in Secondary Education and in Dentistry, Nursing, Medicine, and Veterinary Medicine. Necessary course work for transfer to any programs offered by SUNY's College of Environmental Science and Forestry is also available. Recommended high school preparation: Biology, chemistry, physics and four years of math.
